Kiki upstaged by younger, more attractive crowd

Do I look like I trust you?Kiki was already suspicious during the photo shoot; you can see it in her eyes in her chosen glamor shot at left.  She had finally made it to the top of her game - Pet of the week in the Monadnock Shopper News – only to be overshadowed by a group of 9 other cats featured the same week, on the same page.  Some cats have all the luck.

Kiki, if you are wondering, is a seven year old, short haired, female tiger cat. Kiki was surrendered to MHS in 2009 and has been back and forth to the shelter ever since. MHS has learned a lot from Kiki over the past few years and now realizes this wonderful girl needs a special home. She would do best in a home where she is the only pet and one without young children. Kiki likes attention and affection...just on her terms. She loves to rub up against your legs and weave in and out. If your household sounds like a good match, then please consider Kiki. She is patiently awaiting a visit in Peterborough.

Visit pets for adoption at the Adoption Center just outside of Keene on Route 10 South or at 209 Concord Street in the North Gate Plaza in Peterborough.

Donations are needed to operational supplies; donate at www.monadpets.org, in person, or at 603-352-9011 Ext. 101.
