Part-Time Customer Service Associate

Florence Savings Bank is currently seeking a candidate for a Part -Time Customer Service Associate at our Virtual Branch in Florence. The hours for this position are: Mon, Wed, Thu 8:00 - 5:00 and two (2) Saturdays per month 8:30 - 12:30.

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or the equivalent; minimum one (1) year in the banking or financial industry or in a related customer service field; high level of analytical and detail orientation; strong customer service, math, interpersonal, and communication skills; strong personal computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office products and Internet Explorer; demonstrates a broad knowledge of new and existing consumer technologies; ability to work independently and non-traditional hours, as necessary.
